Late Arrivals:	Go directly to the Royal Kuhio Security Office at the above address. The Royal Kuhio security officer will provide keys and check-in instructions. Please be sure to register at the Royal Kuhio Check-in Office the next day. Review and follow parking instructions and parking map enclosed in the arrival packet to avoid being towed.
Check-in/out:	Check-in Time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m. All check-in and management functions are handled by VI onsite personnel. If you have any questions or concerns, the onsite staff will be happy to assist you. All Royal Kuhio guests MUST check in at the Royal Kuhio check-in office. A refundable deposit of $50 per security key, in cash or credit card imprint, is required at check-in. A $50.00 refundable deposit, in cash or credit card imprint, is required at check-in for all Owners and guests. Checks will not be accepted. An "Accommodations/Lodging" tax, required due to state and local regulations, will be added to your VI Operating Fund bill following your stay. The nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season.

Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants. Access may be denied for non-compliance. If alternate accommodations cannot be found, a $50.00 fee, per day, per person over the limit will be assessed.

Room Requests: Advance requests for specific units cannot be accepted.

Non-Smoking Policy: Effective August 1, 2005, all VI units - including decks, lanais, and patios - are smoke-free. A $250.00 fee will be assessed for noncompliance. Thank you for your cooperation.

Rollaway beds and baby equipment are available for rent at the Royal Kuhio check-in office through outside companies. Please make your request known when booking the reservation with Owner Services (800.444.6633).

Parking: Assigned parking for one vehicle per unit is available. After receiving your keys, proceed directly to the parking facility and the unit's assigned stall. Parking in the wrong parking space will result in the vehicle being towed.

Housekeeping/Maintenance Service: Upon your arrival, you will find your unit clean and ready for occupancy. Mid-stay cleans are provided for guests staying nine (9) nights or more. There is no linen change or towel change provided for guests staying fewer than nine nights, unless specifically requested. If you require additional maid service, you will be charged the current rate for these services. This charge will appear on your next monthly statement. Review maid points and prevailing rates for more information.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED on property nor in any Vacation Internationale condominium. A $350 fine will apply for non-compliance.

Directions

From the Honolulu International and Inter-Island Airport, turn right on to Nimitz Hwy, and travel for approx 8 miles.
Take Nimitz Hwy to Kalakaua for one block.
Kuhio Avenue veers left off Kalakaua. Royal Kuhio's main entrance is on Kuhio Avenue.

If arriving by taxi, unloading only is permitted at the front entrance to Royal Kuhio on Kuhio Ave. The parking entrance is on Seaside Avenue.
