Late Arrivals:	Please call in advance if you plan a late arrival.
Check-in/out:	Check-in Time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out Time: 10:00 a.m. All check-in and management functions are handled by onsite personnel who manage both the VI and non-VI units. If you have any questions or concerns, the staff will be happy to assist you. A $100.00 refundable deposit, in cash or credit card imprint, is required at check-in for all Owners and guests. Checks will not be accepted. It is required to be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants. Access may be denied for non-compliance. If alternate accommodations cannot be found, a $50.00 fee, per day, per person over the limit will be assessed.

Room Requests: Advance requests for specific units cannot be accepted.

Non-Smoking Policy: Effective August 1, 2005, all VI units - including decks, lanais, and patios - are smoke-free. A $250.00 fee will be assessed for noncompliance. Thank you for your cooperation.

Guests: Please add the name of any guests to your reservation that maybe checking-in earlier than you.

Access: There are no elevators.

Housekeeping/Maintenance Service: Upon your arrival, you will find your unit clean and ready for occupancy. Mid-stay cleans are provided for guests staying nine (9) nights or more. There is no linen change or towel change provided for guests staying fewer than nine nights, unless specifically requested. If you require additional maid service, you will be charged the current rate for these services. This charge will appear on your next monthly statement. Review maid points and prevailing rates for more information.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED on property nor in any Vacation Internationale condominium. A $350 fine will apply for non-compliance.

Directions

From Logan Airport and Boston:

Take 93 south to route 3, follow signs for Cape Cod, cross the Sagamore Bridge to route 6 (mid-cape highway) and continue to exit 7.
At the end of the ramp, turn left, take another left onto Higgins Crowell Road.
Proceed for 2.5 miles to route 28.
Turn left onto Route 28 for about ¾ mile.
Turn right onto Neptune Lane and follow to Riverview Resort.
