Parking: do not leave any valuables in your vehicle as lot is not gated.

Resort Info

On-Site Restaurant: 

Original Joe's restaurant, located on the ground floor of the resort is open Sunday-Thursday 11am-11pm and Friday and Saturday 11am-12am. These hours are subject to change. For more information check http://www.originaljoes.ca/robson.

Check-out Time: The check-out time is 11:00am.

Unit: Units are equipped with grab bars in the bath/shower area.

Kitchen: All units are equipped with a mini kitchen: under-counter fridge, a microwave, two-burner stove. They are NOT equipped with an oven.

All the studios and one (1) bedroom units have an individual Keurig coffee brewer. The two (2) bedroom units are equipped with a drip coffee maker.

WIFI: is available for free. Please ask the front desk for the code prior to logging on. Free WIFI is also available in the lobby.

Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this resort. Only Service Animals are allowed.

Location: This resort is in a downtown urban location in the heart of Vancouver.

Front desk: The front desk functions are performed by the Rosedale on Robson Suite Hotel staff.

Security: Safety Deposit boxes are available for no charge and are located at the hotel desk.

Laundry: A community coin-op laundry is located on every other floor. 

Elevators: This resort has multiple elevators.

Multiple unit locations:  VI units are not grouped together in this resort, so multiple unit reservations are not likely to be near each other.

Resort Activities

Fees/Taxes

Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.

Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.

No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts. 

No smoking policy: $350.00. Smoking is not allowed in rooms, decks, lanais or patios.

Late check-out policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am. 

Taxes:  All reservations made for travel to VI Resorts in Canada will be charged Canada’s (PST/GST) tax.  Taxes for reservations to non-VI managed resorts, including VI at Rosedale on Robson, will be added to members account and billed after travel.

Parking:

1.)    Self-Parking - $22.00/day/vehicle plus taxes-Height restriction of 6’6” for parking garage

2.)    Valet Parking - $32.00/day/vehicle plus taxes

3.)    Breezeway Parking - $42.00/day/vehicle plus taxes (Special permission needed for this option)

 

Bag Storage:

Going forward, if you store bags at the front desk of the resort, there will be a fee.

1. $2.00 per bag if you are picking it up the same day.
2. $5.00 per bag if you are storing it for 24 hours or more.
