VI program condominiums are located in four developments at Point Brown Resort. Pennsylvania Avenue, Atlantic Avenue, New York Avenue, and St. James Place. Studio, one, two, and three-bedroom condominiums and two-bedroom penthouses are available at this secluded location five miles from the center of Ocean Shores. On-site amenities vary by development. Off-site, but nearby, there is a variety of outdoor recreation, such as clam digging, bird watching, golfing, fishing, hiking, bicycling, kite-flying, and whale and storm watching. The beach along the Ocean Shores area is also a popular location for moped and horse rentals.
