Check-Out Time: The check-out time is 10:00 am.
Washer/Dryer: The two bedroom units are equipped with a washer/dryer. Guests also have access to the common area laundry room. Complimentary linen and towel changes will be offered upon request.
Parking: There is one (1) parking space available per unit and may only be used during your stay. Trucks and vans over 3/4 ton are not permitted at any time.
Internet access is available in each condominium.
Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this resort. Only Service Animals are allowed.
Third party management and sales: VI does not manage this resort.

Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.
Over-occupancy Policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No Pet Policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No Smoking Policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.
Late Check-Out Policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
