- It is recommended that you contact the resort at 970-879-2931, a few days prior to arrival to do a pre-arrival check-in. This can help expedite the check-in process when you arrive.

Access: There are no elevators. A minimum of 8-10 stairs must be climbed to reach any unit. Two Bedrooms have an interior spiral staircase.
Air Conditioning: Units do not have air conditioning. Studio and Two Bedroom units are equipped with ceiling fans. One Bedroom units have a box fan.
Washer/Dryer: Studios are not equipped with washer/dryer.
Internet access is now available in each VI unit at no charge to VI members.
Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this resort. Only Service Animals are allowed.
Third party management and sales: VI does not manage this resort nor do we have sales at this resort. During your stay you may be invited to a meeting with timeshare sales personnel. This will not be with VI sales nor is it affiliated with VI but is through another timeshare company and you are under no obligation to attend.

Fines: The following fines will be applied for non-compliance
Over-occupancy Policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No Pet Policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No Smoking Policy: $350.00. Smoking is not allowed in rooms, decks, lanais or patios.
