Pool Update :
We sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as our pool has remained out of service due to a significant underground water intrusion event. This unforeseen issue caused extensive erosion to the entire pool and deck area and was beyond our control.
Several factors have contributed to delays in reconstruction, including ongoing design revisions and the Clark County approval and permitting process. The good news: progress is being made, and we anticipate construction to begin soon, with a grand reopening of a new and improved pool, deck and Pickleball court coming 3rd quarter of 2026.
In the meantime, we are pleased to continue our partnership with our neighbors at the Marriott Grand Chateau, who graciously allow our guests to enjoy their pool facilities. Please inquire at the Front Desk for access details.

SPECIAL EVENT:
LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX (FORMULA ONE -F1) GUEST INFORMATION AS OF November 6, 2025
Below is the latest information you will need to know for your visit to The Carriage House over the Las Vegas Grand Prix (Formula One -F1) race period.
If arriving by vehicle November 12th thru the 19th, please be advised that the only access to The Carriage House will be our Audrie Lane entrance exclusively. Our main entrance off Harmon will likely be closed starting November 12th thru the 23rd. Our Front Desk staff will issue you an official “F1 Audrie Fast Pass” at check-in that will identify you as a Carriage House guest and allow you to access Audrie Lane during race times. You must have your issued “F1 Audrie Lane Fast Pass” to go to and from The Carriage House during the race period.
We highly recommend from experience that you do not leave the property with your car during the race period as unforeseen closures and extremely heavy traffic may prevent your re-entry to our property.
Guests will only be allowed one car per room. No oversized vehicles will be permitted.
The Carriage House will not have any official viewing or seating areas to view the race. The Carriage House rooftop is not available for access and will be secured for safety. Race viewing is not possible as well along Las Vegas Boulevard (The Strip), the pedestrian bridges, or adjacent Casino Hotels as views and walking access will be obstructed.
Noise will be loud. Grand Prix (F1) race experiences are very loud and will be heard inside our rooms. This will include the qualifying races, Thursday, and Friday, and the main race on Saturday. We will have earplugs available upon request.
Since this is a large event, we do expect anything from scheduling delays to full changes or even cancelations in schedules. We want to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience, but it is important that you plan ahead and give yourself plenty of extra time during this entire race week period.

Our Concierge is able to confirm your show tickets, tours, and attractions through Vegas.com at the same price as what you would pay booking on your own, however with the added benefit of the convenience fee being waived. If in need of a car rental we have now partnered with Enterprise. They are offering all our guests a discount and provide free drop off and pick up service from 8am to 5pm daily.
Check-in requirement: One guest in the party checking-in must be 21 years of age or older.
Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this resort. Only Service Animals are allowed.
Unit size: Studio units are approximately 340 sq. ft, one-bedroom units are approximately 690 sq. ft., and two bedroom units are approximately 1390 sq. ft.
Kitchen/Kitchenette: Studio units feature a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and two (2) burner cook top (No oven). One bedroom units feature either a kitchenette or a full kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove/oven and dishwasher. Two bedroom units offer a full kitchen.
Location: The resort is located in the heart of Las Vegas. Nightlife and traffic in the area can generate a high level of noise.

Reservations cannot have a check-in date of December 31.Third-party Management: This resort location is managed by a third party, not VI.

- The Fitness room is available from 6am-10pm
- The Front Desk is available 24 hours a day.
- The Business Center is available 24 hours a day.
- Laundry facilities are located on the 9th floor. App or credit card accepted.
Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts are available for owners to reserve (free for owners). Court hours are 8am-10pm. There are paddles and racquets available for rent (free for owners). Tennis and Pickleball lessons are available for a fee. Fees and hours are subject to change;check with the front desk at the resort for the most up to date information.
- Fees/Taxes
Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.
Over-occupancy Policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No Pet Policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No Smoking Policy: $500.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.
Late Check-Out Policy: 11am is check out time. Late check out of 12pm will incur a fee of $20. Late check out of 1pm will incur a fee of $40. Anything after 1pm will be billed a full night's room and tax.
