Renovation/Construction Projects

On April 2nd, 2022 the remodel of bathrooms and kitchen in unit A1 will commence. This project will take between 6 to 8 weeks.

Travel Info

Palm Beach County has suspended its mask mandate.

We strongly request that you continue wear your mask when in the office as it is a small space.

Hurricane season in Florida runs from June 1-November 30. We advise checking the weather forecast prior to your arrival. The resort is in a mandatory evacuation zone on the barrier island. In the event of a hurricane, you may be requested to leave the resort.

Current Mandates and New Protocols

Ventura Resort is open with some resort Restrictions.

  • Towel exchange service is still not being offered at this time.
  • Mid-week cleanings for reservations 10 days or more will be scheduled. You will be required to leave the unit for the recommended 2-hour period.
  • If someone other than yourself is checking in, please call the Resort to give the names of the persons authorized to check-in/ have access to your unit.
Office Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (closed for short lunch break 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm)
Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm 
Sunday: office closed

Check-in Age Requirement: The minimum check-in age is 21.

After Hours Check-in: If you will arrive after 6:00 pm, please call 1.877.243.7077 before arrival to request the combination for the lock box. Your check-in info and key will be in the lock-box.

Reservation stays: Reservations are for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, 4 nights Tuesday to Saturday or 3 nights Saturday to Tuesday. Longer stays are available with VI agent assistance, please call VI Owner Services at 1.800.444.6633 to confirm your dates.  Stays of more than 7 nights will likely require a unit move.

Unit Access: There are 2 steps into each unit, plus each unit has one bedroom on the ground floor. There are 15 - 20 interior stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms.

Third-party Management:  This resort location is managed by a third party, not VI.

Resort Activities

Ice cream floats are available on Tuesdays 2:00pm to 2:30pm (weather permitting) - costs:  $1.00 each.

Two beach chairs and one beach umbrella will be provided for your use.  Any damages will be assessed a fine of $75 per item.


Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.

Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.

No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts. 

No smoking policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.


Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season and charged at the current rate upon arrival.
