Renovation/Construction Projects

Upcoming Renovations: 

From November 2023 through May 2024, The Cove at Yarmouth will be renovating its ground floor units.

Indoor Pool Yearly Maintenance Closure: 

The indoor pool yearly closure for maintenance usually takes place during the last two (2) weeks in January.

The 2024 closure will take place from Monday, January 15, 2024 to reopen Friday, January 26, 2024 (pending inspection).

Resort Info

Check-out: Checkout is by 10am. Please place all used towels in the bathtub, take trash/recyclables to the dumpster and start the dishwasher. Room keys and pool passes must be deposited in the drop box in the lobby foyer.

Restaurant: The Loft Restaurant and Bar at the Cove at Yarmouth is open.

Access: We are a multi-level, campus style property with access to the majority of our units via stairs, please plan accordingly. There are no elevators.  Most units are townhouses, which are located on the second floor (16 stairs) and have a lofted master bedroom (16 stairs).

Check in requirement: Must have one in the party at 21 years of age to check-in. A valid ID and credit card is required to register.  The credit card is authorized $100.00 for incidentals.

Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this resort. Only Service Animals are allowed.

Air Conditioning:  Units are equipped with air conditioning.

Kitchen:  Units are equipped with a wet bar consisting of a small sink, compact refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker.

Parking:  Resort parking is by permit which you will receive upon check-in. 

Internet access: Free WIFI is available in each condominium and in the lobby.

Third party management and sales:  VI does not manage this resort nor do we have sales at this resort.  During your stay you may be invited to a meeting with timeshare sales personnel.  This will not be with VI sales nor is it affiliated with VI but is through another timeshare company and you are under no obligation to attend.

Fees/Taxes

Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.

Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.

No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts. 

No smoking policy: $250.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.

$30.00 fine for cooking in units (use of microwave and toaster are acceptable) 

Check out is at 10 am.  Late check-out fee varies partial to a full day charge depending on time of departure.

$20.00 lost or damaged pool towels fee

$30.00 aero beds or pack-n-play (one-time fee) 

Tennis and racquetball racquets rental- $2.00 per day.
