Resort Info

Check-in for the Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club will be located at the Sea Village resort, just over 3.5 miles away. Office hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. For after hours check-in, contact the resort during business hours at 808-326-2252.

 

Pool Closure: 

The pool will be closed from April 15 - May 3, for replastering and resurfacing.

Kona Community Aquatic Center is 15 minutes drive from Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club. It is located at 75-5530 Kuakina Highway. The center features a swimming pool for public use.  Contact (808) 327-3500 for current hours of operation.

Resort Activities

There are no beach item rentals and no tennis racquets available at this resort. Items are available for rent at the Sea Village front desk. Please call 808-326-2252 to inquire.

Fees/Taxes

Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.

Over-occupancy Policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.

No Pet Policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.

No Smoking Policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.

Late Check-Out Policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.

After-hours Lock-out Fee: $50.00

After-hours Safe Lock-out Fee: $200.00

 

Fees

Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season and charged at the current rate upon arrival.
