Pool/Spa Closure: 

The pool and spa will be completely closed for renovations from March 25  - May 24,2024.  Access to the ‘Sharc’ outdoor aquatic center is available for a general admission of $20 per person.

Night Arrival:  It is very easy to get lost in Sunriver, especially at night.  The area is not well lit and signs are small.

Hours of Operation: 

Front Desk Hours - Winter Hours:  December 1st – March 31,2024 - 8am -7pm daily

  • The club house including the gym and the arcade is open daily from 8am-9pm.
  • The hot tub is open daily from 8am to 9pm.
  • The pool closes on November 1st and reopens on April 1st

Parking: Parking is available for one vehicle per unit during your stay. Large vehicles and trailers are not permitted on property

Loft units:  Loft units have limited privacy in one of the bedrooms (king bed).  The loft bedroom is located at the top of a spiral staircase and is open to the living room.

EZ Access Unit: If you have specific accommodation needs due to mobility or accessibility, please contact your Owner Services representative at 1.800.444.6633 to discuss your options. Due to the age and the structure of the building some units are not accessible for guests with mobility issues.

EZ Access Units are located on the ground floor and are accessed by ramp.

EZ Access Unit offers: roll-in showers.

WIFI: Complimentary WIFI is available in your condominium.  

Elevators:  The Pines at Sunriver has two story buildings with no elevators.

Air Conditioning: All units at the resort are equipped with air conditioning.

Seasonal Activities: Swimming pool and bicycles are available seasonally, based on weather.

Fees/Taxes

Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.

Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.

No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts. 

No smoking policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.

Late check-out policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.

$50.00 after-hours lock out fee.
