Renovation/Construction Projects
A/C Project - Each building will be vacant while it is being worked on.

This project starts on October 23rd and will end June 1st 2023

Building A - Nov. 27th thru Dec. 25th

Building C - January 1st 2023 thru Jan 31st

Building E   - January 3rd 2023 thru March 1st (This building will have the siding replaced at the same time)

Building D - February 1st thru March 1st

Building F -   April 5th thru May 3rd

Building G - May 3rd thru June 1st

Night Arrival:  It is very easy to get lost in Sunriver, especially at night.  The area is not well lit and signs are small.

The club house is open, including the gym and the arcade. Open daily from 8am-9pm 

The hot tub is open daily from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. The pool will be closing on November 1st and reopen on April 1st.

Parking: Parking is available for one vehicle per unit during your stay. Large vehicles and trailers are not permitted on property

Loft units:  Loft units have limited privacy in one of the bedrooms (king bed).  The loft bedroom is located at the top of a spiral staircase and is open to the living room.

EZ Access Unit: If you have specific accommodation needs due to mobility or accessibility, please contact your Owner Services representative at 1.800.444.6633 to discuss your options. Due to the age and the structure of the building some units are not accessible for guests with mobility issues.

EZ Access Units are located on the ground floor and are accessed by ramp.

EZ Access Unit offers: roll-in showers.

WIFI: Complimentary WIFI is available in your condominium.  

Elevators:  The Pines at Sunriver has two story buildings with no elevators.

Air Conditioning: There is no air conditioning. However, units with lofts have ceiling fans, and single level units have standing floor fans.  Kittyhawk (2 Bedroom Cabin) units have air conditioning.

Seasonal Activities: Swimming pool and bicycles are available seasonally, based on weather.

Resort Activities

Seasonal Activities: Swimming pool and bicycles are available seasonally, based on weather.

Please check with front desk for current resort activities schedule upon check-in.

Fees/Taxes

Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.

Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.

No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts. 

No smoking policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.

Late check-out policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.

$50.00 after-hours lock out fee.
