Important update: Cypress Pointe has two separate phases within the same Resort, Cypress Pointe Lake Buena Vista (LBV) and Grande Villas (GVC). Each Phase has their own check-in facility. You will need to check-in either at Cypress Pointe Lake Buena Vista (LBV) or Grande Villas (GVC).
Cypress Point Lake Buena Vista (LBV) check-in office is located at 8651 Treasure Cay Lane, Orlando, FL 32836. Grande Villas (GVC) check-in office is located at 12118 Turtle Cay Circle, Orlando, FL 32836. Please verify on your reservation which check-in office you will check in with.Registration: Please have valid government issued ID, credit card and car license information. Please add guests that may be checking in earlier to your reservation. Must be 21 years of age to check in.
Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this resort. Only Service Animals are allowed.
Access: Cypress Point Lake Buena Vista (LBV) units are located in three story buildings without elevators. Grande Villas (GVC) buildings have elevators.
Updated Parking Policy: Parking is available for one vehicle per unit during your stay. Larger vehicles, including oversized trucks or vans, campers, trailers or boats are not permitted on property.
Cafe Pointe: Located near the Volcano Pool this Café serves all types of coffees, teas, beverages, prepackaged sandwiches, ice cream and fresh pastries.
Fee WI-FI is available in each condominium, the resort lobby and around the pool.
Third party management and sales: VI does not manage this resort nor do we have sales at this resort. During your stay you may be invited to a meeting with timeshare sales personnel. This will not be with VI sales nor is it affiliated with VI but is through another timeshare company and you are under no obligation to attend.

Cypress Pointe (LBV-3Bd)
- Pool hours are 7:00 am -11:00 pm. Social distancing is recommended following CDC guidelines. (Pool area is constantly cleaned and sanitized for our guests and staff safety)
- The pool is limited to ONLY registered guests of LBV and GVC.
- Fitness Center
- (24 hours)- Respecting social distancing.
- Key will be provided at the Front Desk and must be returned by guest after using the fitness center.
- Children will not be allowed.
- Café Pointe Hours
- Monday- Thursday 9:00 am- 8:00 pm
- Friday – Sunday 8:00 am -11:00 pm
- Activities Department is offering activities for our guests on weekly basis. (Calendar with activities and hours are available at the Front Desk).
- Current Amenities available 7:00 am–11:00 pm
- Volcano Pool/ Tennis Court/ BBQ/Grilling Area/ Shuffleboard/ Playground/Ping Pong
Note: The occupancy for the recreation area (Basketball court, tennis and shuffleboard) will be limited to one (1) family at a time.
- Per Resort Policy, any unregistered guest/vehicle will not be authorized to access our resort during the following times: 9:00 pm – 05:00 am daily.
- For guests and team members safety, any supplies for the room/towel exchanges will not be available at the front desk: they can be delivered to guest’s room upon request.
Grande Villas (GVC-2Bd, GVC-3Bd, GVC-Stu Pls)
- Fitness Center available 7:00 am–11:00 pm

- Children between the ages of 14 and 17 are only permitted in the Fitness Center under close supervision of an adult.

- Fees/Taxes
Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.
Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No pet policy: $500.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No smoking policy: $500.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio and around the pool.
Late check-out policy: Check out is at 10 am. Late check-out fee is $100.00 every ½ hour after 1 pm.
Fees
Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season and charged at the current rate upon arrival.
