Air Conditioning: There is no air conditioning. However, units with lofts have ceiling fans, and single level units have standing floor fans.

Hours of operation are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, 7 days a week. The front desk closes for lunch from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
Driving Directions: From Hwy 75 (main street), turn west onto 10th Street. The Tenth Street Center will be on your immediate right, across from the Knob Hill Inn and next to the St Francis Pet Clinic.
Do not follow the GPS instructions to use Warm Springs road.
Elkhorn Village Garage Parking: The clearance height of the garage is 7' 6".
Wi-Fi Information: The Elkhorn Village and Indian Springs units receive free Wi-Fi in the units that are owned and operated by the HOA.Amenities Card: All Guests and Owners travelling to Elkhorn Resort will need an individual amenities card. To ensure all guest receive the amenities card, please contact VI Owners Services at 1-800-444-6633 or our Front Desk at 208-726-6963 with the names of all members of your party.
Laundry: Condominiums are not equipped with washer/dryers except for our 2 bdrm/2 bath units. The coin operated laundry facilities are onsite and managed by a third party business. The cost is $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry. There is NO coin dispenser/change machine available.
Our property does not have charging stations for electric vehicles available. Owners can use the link below to help search for the nearest charging station:

Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.
Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No smoking policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.
Late check-out policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
