The Homestead Farms Golf Course has closed.
Steakhouse 9 and Homestead Fitness Center are open.
EZ Access Unit: If you have specific accommodation needs due to mobility or accessibility, please contact your Owner Services representative at 1.800.444.6633 to discuss your options. Due to the age and the structure of the building some units are not accessible for guests with mobility issues.
The resort offers only two (2) EZ Access Units: one ground floor bedroom/bathroom & one on the 3rd floor next to the elevator.
EZ Access Unit offer roll-in showers & lowered beds.
Unit Access: All upper floor units are accessible via an elevator located in Building 2. Building 1 and 2 are connected by a pedestrian sky bridge.

FAMILY SWIM (Lifeguard on Duty. Anyone under 17 years of age must swim while a lifeguard is on duty per WA State Law)
- Mon / Wed / Fri 4:00PM - 8:00PM; Weekends 12:00PM - 5:00PM
- No family swim on Tuesdays and Thursdays
ADULT SWIM (17+, ID required)
- Mon - Fri 5:00AM - 9:45PM;
- Weekends 7:00AM - 9:45PM
LAP SWIM:
- Mon / Wed / Fri: 5:00AM - 8:00AM and 8:00PM - 9:45PM
- Tue / Thu: 5:00AM - 8:00AM and 7:00PM - 9:45PM
- Weekends: 7:00AM - 8:00AM and 5:00PM - 9:45PM
Bicycles are available to rent at the front desk between 9:30am and 5:00pm. $5 for up to two hours per bike. (Seasonally - Spring and Summer) Bikes have been put away for the winter
- Fees/Taxes
Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.
Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No smoking policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.
Late check-out policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
$50.00 after-hours lock out fee. Please make sure you have your key or key bracelet with you at all times.
$1.00 additional key bracelet fee
$25.00 lost or damaged pool towels fee
Bike rental- $5.00 for 2 hours per bike
Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season and charged at the current rate upon arrival.
