Whatcom County has issued a directive that everyone must wear a face mask when in a public place where you may come into contact with anyone from outside your household (indoors and outdoors).

Renovation/Construction Projects

The roof of building 1 will be replaced October 11th to October 28th, 2021. The top floor of the building will remain vacant during this time. 

Building 1 will be closed January 8 to February 3, 2022 for an interior carpet replacement and paint renovation project.

  • Friday - 9am-7pm       

EZ Access Unit: If you have specific accommodation needs due to mobility or accessibility, please contact your Owner Services representative at 1.800.444.6633 to discuss your options. Due to the age and the structure of the building some units are not accessible for guests with mobility issues.

The resort offers only two (2) EZ Access Units: one ground floor bedroom/bathroom & one on the 3rd floor next to the elevator.

EZ Access Unit offer roll-in showers & lowered beds.

Onsite Laundry Services:  The Resort's onsite laundry facility is open daily from 9am-6pm.

Unit Access: All upper floor units are accessible via an elevator located in Building 2.  Building 1 and 2 are connected by a pedestrian sky bridge.

Resort Activities
Homestead Pool and Fitness Center

Due to a staffing shortage at the fitness center, there will be reduced family swim hours and some days with no family swim hours.  Owners should phone the fitness center at 360-354-1196, extension 7 or the resort at (360) 746-8314 to get the most current information.

The pool and fitness center are currently open for you to enjoy.

Adults (17+)     5:00am - 10:00pm 

Children (-17)   4:00pm - 8:00pm (M-F)

                         12:00pm - 8:pm (Sat & Sun)

                

Bicycles: are available for rent at the front desk (Seasonally - Spring and Summer).

Fees/Taxes

Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.

Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.

No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts. 

No smoking policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.

Late check-out policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.

$25.00 after-hours lock out fee

$2.00 room key replacement fee

$25.00 lost or damaged pool towels fee

Bike rental- $5.00 for 2 hours per bike

Accommodations/Lodging Tax:  As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is collected at check-in and is based on condominium size and season.
