Renovation/Construction Projects
Tower B Elevator Replacement

The VIOA Board has approved the replacement of the elevator car for Tower B, where half of the Family one (1) bedroom and Family two (2) bedroom units are located. The work started April 29, 2019 and is expected to be completed by June 18, 2019. To lower the impact of the project on your vacation, the top three (3) floors out of five (5) in Tower B will remain vacant.  We anticipate noise, dust and construction crews in the building.

All amenities including the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, restaurant, bar, tour desk and scheduled activities will continue to be available for your enjoyment.

Tower C Elevator Replacement

Pending the VIOA Board’s approval the elevator car for Tower C, where half of the one (1) bedroom, two (2) bedroom units and Penthouses are located will be replaced. The work is scheduled from August 26, 2019 to October 16, 2019. To lower the impact of the project on your vacation, the top four (4) floors out of six (6) in Tower C will remain vacant.  We anticipate noise, dust and construction crews in the building.
